Douglas is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in the operations, distribution, transportation, work measurement, and supply chain fields. He has vast operational knowledge of WMS, TMS, and LMS application packages.

Mr. Cantriel is a well-rounded accomplished executive with domestic and international experience. He has tenures with United Parcel Service, Airborne Express, DHL Express, Stratix Corporation, and RedPrairie Corporation. He was also an integral part of a team that secured and developed a $420MM FEMA supply chain practice contract.

Mr. Cantriel is a decisive, results oriented leader with documented success in business process improvement, Kaizen (continuous improvement), revenue enhancement, improving operational efficiencies and optimizing throughput while reducing operating costs. He is proficient in Management by Objective, Theory of Constraint, ISO, 5-S, JIT, Lean, Total Quality Management, Six-Sigma, Maynard Operating Sequence Technique, and Root-Cause Analysis techniques.

Mr. Cantriel has earned a B.S. in Business Management, an M.B.A. in International Business, and he is currently pursuing a Ph. D. in International Business.
