Bud has been a Supply Chain executive for over 25 years. He has functioned at the senior executive level and brings a wealth of experience and success in streamlining operations in the field of distribution and transportation.

Mr. Hayes' experience includes Big Box Retail, E-commerce, Business to Business and fast paced small package distribution facilities. He has worked in RF, Pick to Light, Pick to Voice and A-frame distribution models. He has led distribution center design and construction projects from green-field to completion. He has worked in both the manual and automated environments including two Fortune 500 companies. He has managed with much success leading companies in the reduction of operational expenses through lean management techniques, staff motivation and development and innovative strategic planning.

Mr. Hayes has earned a B.B.A. from Armstrong Atlantic University. He has continuing education in distribution management and logistics analysis from Texas Christian University and the University of Tennessee.
